Neo Tiew Crescent, the place where the solemnisation is held....hmm....where exactly is this place? The street directory showed a big empty land....sound soo mysterious...
not knowing exactly where it is, i took a cab and pick up huixian and went straight to the venue.....
we passed by the Lim Chu Kang's cemeteries, and went straight along the road.....it seems like an airport runway. Straight and with no traffic lights, it was a boring journey...as the taxi meter went clicking away, the face of the woman beside me started to turn grouchy, angry....
We went into Neo Tiew Road and boy, the first thought was, i'm in those suburbs that surrounded the road with grass....it was ulu.....
finally, we reached at the destinated place....the cab meter stopped at $24.50. Boy, the first time taking a cab with no midnight charge and it hit this amount. expensive....
I'm curious of why lawrence picked this super ulu place....upon arriving i understand.....
This place has nice music, nice ambience and has the wedding setup in the garden......you'll probably only see this in the movies or in the foreign country. Nice......
However, i think the con would definitely be the location. Probably, one can have the same setting in Botanic Garden or Fort Canning?.....
Anyway, when the solemnisation started with the music, the couple stroll in and completed the vows. Im always touched at such point, tears welling in my eyes. BC say i'm 'stupid', but this is simply touching mah....hehe....i know the same will happen to me when i get married....touched..
