Hong Kong 3rd Day

First day at work today. Was assigned to go to Client's office and help with the implant team. (an implant team is where the travel consultant's are located in the client's office) Feel a little uneasy with that as i wasn't really involved in the startup of this system migration but have to go ahead with it with the knowledge i have from my own SG office migration

First time i took the MTR train alone. Wasn't equip with the map today and hence, armed with the address and phone number, i just make my way to the office. I was slightly lost after i exit and have to checked with the passerbys to ask for directions. I realised one thing about the office buildings is that the security is rather tight, and they do have staff to help with people taking the lift. Directing them and all. In the morning, there is also a queue for taking the lift and hence ensure all is orderly. Nice....

The first day at work was rather slow as my colleagues did not have much questions to ask and due to their assignment of work, i would only have to take care of one person. Not too bad for the first day.

Lunch was spent with my colleagues who brought me to the local coffeshop for makan. I was sitting right underneath the aircon outside the building so it was a bit scary.

Nothing much happen today except that i celebrated my HKG colleagues bday at office and went to walk around alone after work as Bee Kim needed to conduct training tomorrow and she needs to prepare. Went to Island Beverly which consists of small shops selling stuff. Alike Bugis Village or Marina Square corner. Did not buy much but spotted my MonChiChi! was looking for it in Singapore but it longer sells. I used to have 2 when i was younger and it could suck its thumb....cute!
