was asked a thousand questions today at almost the end of the day by my regional sales support lady just for arranging to pick up her boss's passport from home to submit for a visa application....pengz...
had told her what are the standards we use to arrange for pick up of passports from home and afterwhich submit directly to the visa officers for embassies' submission.
In the end, i was bombarded with thousand and one questions of why why why. why this, why that. can't this be done and why not. Tell me that her expectations are high and she have to manage her boss and her time...blarblarblar...
argh.....can't stand her. for such a simple thing as making an arrangement, i had to practically tell her grandfather story about how we collect the passport, who will collect the passport, what happens after the passport is collected and many many more.....even had the cheek to tell me that sorta because im her internal client, she don't really get clients' treatment. oh pls....
In the first place, if she's my client
1. I wouldnt help her answer some of the questions that are not relevant to me
2. I wouldnt entertain her call after working hours
3. I would just tell her that procedures are set and meant to be follow
If her expectations are high and i cant meet, ask somebody else to entertain her. See if they will help her do as much....
grouchy and irritated damsel in destress....
