A new light?

After numerous months and years of complaints, about how i dun like about the way things are done in the company, just when i've decided to move on, look around for a new job to do, MP told me yesterday that the Aussie team is targetting at me.

They wanted to poach me to be a regional IT. One that would support the one and only existing person on the job now.

My first thoughts
1. Im curious how much i can fetch
2. Im not interested in the job.
3. Why on point 2....cos its out of my character to ask more about y things are done the way they are and that's how i troubleshoot many problems.
4. Im curious on the package
5. Im secretly pleased as MP is not pleased

I message MX, HX, Sis and BC about this. They gave me different replies and opinions. MX thinks its a good opportunity that she will grab if its her. HX ask me how i feel. BC lets me tok about it. Sis told me to forget it.

All different ideas.

My thoughts
1. Im not interested as i dun like the boss
2. Im not interested in relocation
3. Im not interested as i wanted to move on. Move on my life but not move within this TMC
4. Im not interested as many of the team has left
5. Im not interested due to the bad experience with them.
6. Im interested to see wat kinda offer they will give to get a person to do regional.

Anyway, i thought, "wait till they really poach me. Things are often said without it really happening."
