I posted her a question as to why am i given 16days leave when other TLs are getting 18.
She called me into the room, and said "actually, we wanted to give you a surprise. In this April payroll, your pay will be adjusted and your annual leave will be adjusted accordingly to 18 days. and plus 5 years service, additional 2 days. total 20 days. Because previously, your team is small and hence you are under exec level 1....." blarblarblar
Did i hear wrongly? You are just paying me what i ought to have.
First thing. Is it official that TLs have different grade? No. So all should be the same leave entitlement.
